Wind Gusts with Sub Freezing Temperatures

Heating fuel suppliers are busy right now as a blast of arctic air has taken hold just in time for Christmas. The National Weather service says temperatures will struggle to reach the mid thirties Friday through Sunday, and sub-freezing temperatures are expected at night.

Wind gusts as high as 40 miles per hour are likely Friday. The wind chill will make some areas feel more like the single digits. Be sure to check on your neighbors and the elderly,

look after your pets, and keep that water dripping, even if you have heat in your pump house.
