Tammy was born on August 30, 1974, in Columbus County, to the late Jerry Donald Williams, Jr. and Peggy Jane Gardner Williams.

Mrs. Nobles leaves behind her husband, Sidney Dale Nobles of the home; children, Carolyn Ann Segovia of Whiteville, Ricky Delane Williams of Tabor City, Peggy Jane Williams Todd (James) of Chadbourn; siblings, Ricky Williams of Whiteville, Donna Hodge of Chadbourn, Jerry Donald Williams, Jr. of Marion, Tina Penny of Chadbourn; and two grandchildren.
