Makei Hill passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at Cape Fear Valley Bladen County Hospital in Elizabethtown, NC.
The viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 from 5- 7 p.m. at Majestic Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 beginning at 2 p.m. at the Event Center in Elizabethtown. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion AME Zion Church Cemetery.
Makei leaves to cherish his memories: his mother Tishika Hill; father Shane Melvin; sisters: Shanell McMillian, Trashawna Melvin, My’Jah Campbell and Kalisha McCall; brothers: Tykee’ Hill, Jordan Robinson, Jakaria Jones, Da’shan McCutchen and Shan Alonzo Melvin; special nephew Torian McDowell (Toot) and a host of other nieces and nephews cousins other relatives and friends.
Guests are being received at the residence of his beloved grandmother, Ms. Patricia Bethea, located at 702 Della St. Elizabethtown, NC.
