James Dayton Todd age 80 of Archdale, NC and formerly of Columbus County, passed at his niece’s home in Whiteville on Thursday, November 3, 2022.
A celebration of Life service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Worthington Funeral Home. The Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 4:45 p.m. on Saturday prior to the service.
He was the son of the late Yancey Todd and Ellen Rosadie Fowler Todd. He was also preceded in death by six siblings, Alene Cribb, Eulee Todd, Mary T. Freeman, Johnny Todd, Clayton Todd and Tommy Todd.
He is survived by nieces and nephews; Jennie Todd Williams of Whiteville, Martha T. Simmons of Sunset Beach, Sherry T. Nealey of Tabor City, Lena T. Cartrette (Joe) of Whiteville, Ann Caulder Grant of Blenheim, SC, Donna T. Grisham of Charlotte, Theresa C. Smith (Robert) of Delco, Joe Wilson (Wendy) of Jacksonville, FL, Edward Caulder (Vivian) of Blenheim, SC, Bobby Ray Todd of Roseland and Tommy Dean Todd of Roseland.
