Gerry Lee Long White, age 57, of Whiteville, NC passed away on November 5, 2022 at home. She was born on June 29, 1965 in Columbus County to James Aaron Long and Sadie Simmons Long. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Jamie White.

Gerry worked in healthcare, a job she truly loved. She also loved animals and gardening.

She is survived by her husband; Jerry White of the home, one son; Jacob White of Whiteville, two sisters; Lynn Britt (Larry) of Abbottsburg, NC and Jeannie Gore of Chadbourn, NC

A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 11, 2022, in the McKenzie Mortuary Chapel at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 1:45 pm prior to the service.
