Christopher Shane Faulk, 42, of Clarendon, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2023, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System.

Christopher was born on July 10, 1980. He was preceded in death by his father Johnny Wade Faulk.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023 at Worthington Funeral Home. Rev. Chris Inman will officiate. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1-1:45 p.m., prior to the service on Thursday.

Survivors include his children Andrew Faulk of Whiteville, Kaylee Faulk of Whiteville, Piper Faulk of Nakina, and Lola Faulk of Nakina; mother, Diane Stanley Gerald (Wayne) of Chadbourn; stepmother Crystal Faulk of Nakina; stepson Cody Fowler of Whiteville; a brother Timothy Faulk (Angela) of Whiteville; and stepbrother Leghe Gerald (Kelly) of Newport.
