Bladen Sergeant Celebrated

A Bladen County officer completed an extensive training program this week. Sergeant Jennifer Popynick is now certified and trained through the N.C. Justice Academy for the Criminal Investigations Program.

The certification requires each student to complete over 400 hours of in depth study in the Criminal Investigation field.

The Bladen County Sheriff's Office celebrated Popynick's milestone on Jan. 24. The officer began her Law Enforcement career in Columbus County.
