Barbara Ann Williamson Norris, 58, of Chadbourn, finished her battle with cancer on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2023, while in her home.
Barbara was born on Oct. 2, 1964. She was preceded in death by her father, JW Williamson and her husband, Lester Carroll Norris.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 29, 2023, at Worthington Funeral Home with Rev. Rusty Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the Chadbourn Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2-2:45 p.m. prior to the service on Sunday.
Barbara leaves behind her children, Hannah Norris Dyson and husband, John, of Chadbourn, and Hunter Carroll Norris and wife, Tess, of the home; her mother, Peggy Redwine Williamson of Whiteville; a sister, Marilyn W. Dyson (Leroy) of Evergreen; a brother Ed Williamson (Tara) of Whiteville; many nieces and nephews; and her canine companions, Ellie and Benji.
