Two felonies have been filed against a local man for having sex with an adolescent.

Christopher Robert Mintz, 36, was arrested Wednesday on two counts of statutory sex offense, according to detention center reports. He was released on $100,000 secured bond.

Mintz is alleged to have had sex with a 12 year old victim in December. He is acquainted with the victim, according to the sheriff’s office.
