Parents interested in fostering or adopting children can find out more about the process June 1.
The Columbus Baptist Association will host an informational meeting at 7 p.m. at the CBA offices in Whiteville. Mark Smith of the Baptist Children’s Homes will be on hand to detail the foster and foster-to-adoption process.
“There’s no obligation to this meeting,” said CBA director Rev. Dave Heller. “Just come and learn.”
The meeting is free. Refreshments will be served.
