Bolton Man Arrested Again for Drugs

It was déjà vu for a Bolton man Tuesday. 

Paul Wallace Young, 46, of Bolton was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop for the second time in less than two weeks. Arrest reports show he was charged with felony possession of cocaine, maintaining a vehicle for drug activities, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver methamphetamine. His bond was set at $25,000. Young gave his address as 204 Spearman Rd., Bolton.

Around 3:40 a.m. Tuesday, Young was stopped while driving his Chevrolet sedan in the 24000 block of U.S. 74, according to incident reports. Deputies reportedly found 7.7 grams of meth and .4 grams of crack cocaine on his person.

At the time of Tuesday’s arrest, Young was out on $25,000 secured bond after a Sept. 24 arrest, jail records show. 

In that incident, deputies stopped Young in the 19000 block of U.S. 74 around 7:15 a.m. He was allegedly driving a Honda Accord in that incident. Deputies found a Kimber 9mm, $6,005 in cash, 33.8 grams of crack, eight grams of methamphetamine, and two hydrocodone pills in the vehicle.

Young was charged with trafficking in cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver  opiates and meth, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and carrying a concealed handgun. He was released on a secured bond.
