Dennis Willis has been identified as the man shot to death in Chadbourn Thursday morning.

Stevan Barfield was also shoot around the same time, Mayor Phillip Britt said, but it has not been confirmed if the men were at the same location, or if the shootings were related.
The location of the incident has also been withheld.
The shootings were reported just after midnight. The State Bureau of Investigation is assisting Chadbourn Police in the case.
