Tabor City kicked off the Christmas season Thursday with a parade and the community Christmas tree lighting.
This weekend, the chamber of commerce will host the”Cookie Crawl,” when shoppers can visit local businesses searching for special presents for the holidays. The town has a number of other activities planned as well.
