Megan La-Sha Simmons age 27 of Clarendon, died Saturday, September 4, 2021.

Born in Columbus County. Megan was the daughter of Chad Wendell Grainger and Robin Amanda Simmons Hinson.

In addition to her parents she is survived by one son Xander Blaze Simmons of Clarendon. A brother, Zackary Darren Hinson of Whiteville. A sister, Madison Alexandria Hinson of Whiteville. Grandparents, June Grainger of Loris, SC  and  Ray & Sandra Simmons of Clarendon. She was preceded in death by grandfather, Wendell Grainger. 

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 8,  2021 from 6:00PM – 8:00PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home. 

Graveside services will be held Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 11:00AM in the Stanley Fowler Cemetery, Clarendon, NC.
