Henry Daniel Epps, age 75 of Whiteville, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville.

He was born on September 17, 1945, in Columbus County to the late John and Estelle Epps, Sr.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Sandhill Baptist Cemetery, 15580 Twisted Hickory Road, Bladenboro, North Carolina with Reverend Earl Godfrey officiating.

A walk-through viewing will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 10, 2021, at D&A Funeral Services Chapel, 212 South Wilkes Street, Chadbourn, North Carolina.

Survivors include one son Clarence Kabir Jones of Patterson, New Jersey; two daughters Harriett Epps of Whiteville, NC and LaTisha Willougby of Greensboro, NC; two brothers Frederick Epps and Angelo Epps both of Paterson, New Jersey; two sisters Bessie Southern of Whiteville and Elouise Huckaby of Bristol, Connecticut. A host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

D&A Funeral Services, Inc. of Chadbourn is serving the Epps family.
