Tony Duane Andrews, age 66 of Whiteville, died on Friday, August 6, 2021, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington. 

Tony was born on November 3, 1954, in Whiteville, to the late James Frank and Hesbeth Marie Greene Andrews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Tim Andrews and Donnie Andrews. 

Services will be held later.

Tony was employed at Blacks Tire Service for over 20 years, retiring in 2016, due to declining health.

Tony is survived by his wife of 30 years, Elizabeth Sharon “Sherry” Norris Andrews of the home; son, Justin Andrews and wife, Natalie, of Kingsland, GA; siblings, Terry Andrews and wife, Wanda of Chadbourn, Shannon Andrews of Chadbourn, Tammy Blackwell and husband, Jeff, of Cerro Gordo, Buddy Cox and wife, Marcie, of Chadbourn, Terri Cox Tyree and husband, Freddie, of Chadbourn, Jill Cox Horne and husband, Norman, of Shallotte, and Frankie Greene Ridenhour. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Reese Andrews and Sadie Andrews.
