Barry Brandon “Fester” Housend, age 40 of Clarendon, slipped into eternity on Friday, August 27th, 2021, at his home.

Brandon was born on February 1, 1981; he was preceded in death by his parents, three months apart, Barry and Rhonda M. Housend.

A celebration of life service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Worthington Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Buddy Seay officiating.

Brandon is survived by his wife, Renee Cartrette Housend of Tabor City; beloved daughter, Alissa Gale Housend; his sister, Brandi Housend Currie and husband, Kevin, of Lumberton; a brother, Jonathan Barrett Housend of Clarendon; maternal grandmother, Christine L. Lowery of Tabor City; paternal grandmother, Ruth C. Harris and husband, Willard, of Chadbourn; nieces and nephew, Dalton Currie, Hailey Housend, and Adyson Currie; step-children, Brittany Hulon and Matthew Hulon, both of Clarendon.
