Don “Block” Jacobs, 65, of Bolton passed on Thursday, July 22, 2021 in Columbus Regional Healthcare System. He was born February 5, 1956 in Robeson County, the son of the late Sylvester Jacobs and the late Sarah Jane Freeman Jacobs.

He is survived by his wife, Debra Jacobs; four sons, Alex Patrick and wife, Jasmine of Bolton, Kevin Jacobs of Bolton, Jay Jacobs of Tabor City and Brad Jacobs of the home; daughter, Sirrina Jacobs of the US Navy; stepdaughter, Veronica Howard of Bolton; brothers, Durkie Jacobs and wife, Paula of Lake Waccamaw and Ralph Jacobs and wife, Rose of Bolton; sisters, Delphie Patrick and husband, Doc of Bolton, Christine Patrick of Bolton, Mary Jane Mitchell and husband, Frank of Bolton, Carleen Simmons of Clinton and Linda Freeman and husband, Pete of Bolton; seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Marie Spaulding, Thelma Jacobs and Roberta Jacobs.
