Mrs. Bernice “Mickey” Little McKeithan 90, of Bolton passed on July 1, 2021 in New Hanover Regional Medical Center following an automobile accident.  She was born May 31, 1931 in Marion County, SC the daughter of the late Barnes Little and Bessie Best Little. Her husband of 71 years, Odell McKeithan preceded her in death on January 2, 2020. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Terry Dixon, a grandson, Christopher Dixon, a brother, Burns Gross Little, a sister, Beatrice Burke.

Mickey was the assistant Church Clerk at Bolton Baptist Church, former nursery, primary and youth teacher, church treasurer,  clerk and recording secretary, secretary and payroll clerk at Piedmont Industries in Bolton and substitute teacher at Hallsboro High School.

She is survived by a son, Garry Odell McKeithan of Lake Waccamaw, grandchildren, Brandon Dixon of Bolton, Lauren M. Stone and husband, Austin of Lake Waccamaw, Andrew McKeithan and wife, Ashlynn of Lake Waccamaw; great grandchildren, Jacob Dixon, Max Stone, Anna Stone and Finley Stone.

Her funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Monday, July 5, 2021 at Bolton Baptist Church by Rev. Sterling Sarvis and Dr. Mason Fuller Smith.

Her family will receive friends 10:00 – 11:00 am Monday, July 5, 2021 at Bolton Baptist Church.  Burial will be in Lake Waccamaw Hillcrest Cemetery.
