Bennie Lewis Jacobs 65, of the Buckhead community, Bolton passed on July 16, 2021.  He was born October 6, 1955 in Columbus County, the son of the late David and Carrie Lee Freeman Jacobs.  

Mr. Jacobs owned and operated a lawn and management business.

He is survived by his wife,  Mona Faye Benton Jacobs; a son, Jeremy Jacobs and wife, Dwanda of Leland; a daughter, Ashli Jacobs of Lake Waccamaw; three brothers, Hubert Jacobs and wife, Lucy,  William Jacobs and wife, Cletus  and James Mason Jacobs all of Buckhead; a sister, Lauraine Hufham of Buckhead; two grandchildren, Beckett Jacobs and Hadley Jacobs.

His funeral service will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Mt. Sinai Holiness Church with Rev. Michael Jacobs and Rev. Priscilla Jacobs officiating.  Burial will be in the King Memorial Cemetery in Leland.

His family will receive friends 6:00pm – 8:00pm Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Peacock Funeral Home.
