Otis Lee Cherry, 56, formerly of Hallsboro, died Sunday, May 16, 2021, at his residence.

A Memorial Service will be 11:00 AM Friday, May 21, on the grounds of Peoples Funeral Home of Whiteville.

Surviving are his son, Abron Walker of Hallsboro; father, Sidney Hazel of Hallsboro; sisters, Paisley (Shellia) Cherry of Newark, DE, Cozette Cherry of Newark, NJ, Cindy Graham (Franklin) of Whiteville, Vickie Cherry of Whiteville; Step-sisters, Yolanda Jones (Kennard) of Newark, NJ, Cindy Dorelle Newsome (James) of Richmond, VA; brother, Bobby Cherry of VA; Stepbrother, Antwan Pridgen of Fayetteville; special friend, Deloris Reed of Chadbourn.
