Doyce Elwood White 72, of Nakina passed on Saturday April 17, 2021.  He was born July 1, 1948 in Columbus County the son of the late Leo Van White, Sr. and Inez Reaves White. 

Survived by his wife of 53 years, Sylvia Long White; a son, Tracy Elwood White and wife, Angela of Whiteville; a daughter, Brittany Worrell of Richmond, VA;  three brothers, Ronnie Dale White and wife, Gail of Nakina, Leo Van White, Jr. and wife, Ann of Whiteville, Darrell White of Nakina; grandchildren, Cassie Stalvey, Taylor White, Selena White, Isabella White; great grandchildren, Jacob Martin, Bentley Martin, Camery Martin, Layla Stalvey, Jah’Mykal Gause.

Services were held Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Nakina Pentecostal Holiness Church by Rev. Roger Coffey with burial in the church cemetery.  Online condolences may be made at peacock funeral home website.
