Debra Kay Ward Suggs, age 65, of Tabor City, died Friday, May 7, 2021 in the McLeod Loris Hospital. Born March 30, 1956 in Horry County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Henry Calvin and Betty Grice Ward.

She is survived by her husband: Thomas Wayne Suggs of the home; children: Derrick Suggs (Lisa) of Tabor City, Thomas Suggs of Darlington, SC and Subrina Nettles (Chad) of Florence, SC; grandchild: Kristin Owens (Jonathon); great-grandchildren: Porter Owens and Finley Owens; siblings: Tony Ward (Cathy) of Rutherfordton, George Ward (Kim) of Whiteville, Bobby Ward (Hope) of Clarendon, Mark Ward of Whiteville, and Phillip Ward of Clarendon, and many loved nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 10, 2021 from 10:00 to 10:45 AM in the Old Zion Wesleyan Church Fellowship Hall. Graveside services will be held Monday, May 10, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Old Zion Cemetery.
