Whiteville Fire, Rescue and Police are on the scene of a collision at the intersection of J.K. Powell and Hay Street. Traffic is being detoured onto Madison, which is currently being blocked off so authorities can keep traffic flowing from the U.S. 701 Bypass to U.S. 701 Business. We will have more on this as it becomes available.
