Joyce Josephine Nobles Tyler, age 77 of the Emerson Community in Tabor City, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at McLeod Loris Hospital.

Joyce was born on April 4, 1944 in Tabor City, to the late Rev. James Nobles & Josephine Nealey Nobles. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph Devon Nobles and James Howard “Buddy” Nobles.  

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Worthington Funeral Home, with Rev. Allen Goodman officiating. Interment will follow in the Myrtle Green Cemetery, Tabor City.

Visitation will be held from 1:30-2:45, prior to the service on Thursday.
