Drugs, firearms seized in raid

Tabor City Police raided a Third Street home April 1, seizing heroin and firearms.

Stephanie Fowler, Wayne Lawrimore and Kaylann Bohan were arrested on a number of narcotics and weapons charges.

The report said officers executed a warrant on 107 W. Third Street as part of an ongoing investigation. Fowler was allegedly attempting to inject heroin when officers entered the home. An infant child was a short distance away in bed, the report said. Cash, heroin and the firearms were discovered under the bed, the report said.

Bohan and Lawrimore were arrested in the downstairs area of the home, and each had a quantity of heroin in their possession, the report said. Officers confiscated a total of 13.55 grams of heroin, according to the report.

Additional details on the case were no immediately available.
