City to sponsor COVID clinic

Whiteville is partnering with a healthcare firm to provide a vaccination clinic next week.

Covid-19 vaccines will be available at the Whiteville Parks and Recreation Center, 255 Recreation Center Drive, Whiteville on Wednesday March 17th from 2 – 8 p.m., and again on Thursday, March 18 from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Vaccines will be by appointment only. Currently, opnly members of Groups One, Two and Three are eligible.

 STARMED Healthcare will be administering the vaccinations. To make an appointment, call 980-445-9818 or register online at www.StarMed.care. The city is not accepting appointments.
